Carrollwood Day School standout running back Kameron Battle continues to solidify his reputation as one of Florida’s premier offensive talents, putting together another dominant season for the undefeated Patriots.
Through nine games, the Class of 2028 prospect has rushed for 1,262 yards and 22 touchdowns on just 91 carries, averaging an impressive 13.9 yards per attempt. Battle has also added 238 receiving yards and five touchdowns, bringing his total production to 1,500 yards from scrimmage and 27 touchdowns.
What makes those numbers even more remarkable is his limited playing time in several contests. With Carrollwood Day building commanding leads, Battle has been pulled early in multiple games, receiving few or no rushing attempts during portions of the second half. Despite those reduced opportunities, he remains one of the state’s most productive offensive weapons.
After rushing for 2,036 yards as a sophomore, Battle is within reach of another 2,000-yard campaign, particularly if the Patriots make a deep postseason run.
His performances have helped Carrollwood Day secure a district championship and a perfect 9-0 record, positioning the Patriots among the leading contenders for a state title.
Already attracting attention from major college football programs, including Ohio State, Alabama, Oregon, Auburn, and LSU, Battle continues to strengthen his recruiting profile with another full season of high school football remaining.
As the playoffs approach, Battle has an opportunity to add another historic chapter to his career while helping Carrollwood Day pursue its ultimate goal: a state championship.
